Take a look at the Google Nexus 7 tablets, it is an Asus made 7 inch 200$ device that is being sold exclusively right now in through Google play store. Google especially made this device to give better tablet and to compete with Amazon’s Kindle Fire and iPad 2. It’s got a Tegra 3 processor with 1GB RAM , 8 or 16GB storage options, Wifi, Bluetooth, 1.2 Megapixel camera on the front, Accelerometer, Gyroscope GPS, and it also gets a pretty decent look in display with 1280*800 pixels resolution IPS LCD display. The viewing angles are quite good and the text is viewed as nice as well. Overall it is a pretty nice device in 200 bucks, the hardwares feel really well made. It is not too plasticy, not cheap feeling. It's got cool rubbery soft touch back that kindly feels like leather somehow like a crossed between rubber and leather in your hands. But it gives a good feeling and it generally feels like a nice weight and thickness in your hand and frankly I like the 7 inch form factor. I think it is a really comfortable size for tablets. In some ways it’s a lot more comfortable than the Ipad especially for reading books and magazines and even doing things like watching movies or playing. The tablet runs on Jelly Bean which is the new version of Android, Android 4.1 which is a successor to Ice Cream Sandwich. It has a ton of huge new things in Jelly Bean 4.1 but they will find a lot of what is going on in Ice Cream Sandwich.
There is a minor graphic changes that most users move from one version to the other. They organize a co-project, Project Butter to make scrolling smoother and more consistent on the device. It scrolls very easily, I think it's because of the increase in the sensitivity . The Jelly Bean is made up with significant changes from Ice Cream sandwich in particular notifications were upgraded. The notifications you will find it is little bit clear little bit cleaner and some notifications can be expanded and you can actually take action on them, for instance you can share image right from you’re your device to Google Plus and other services right from the notifications. It’s a really cool new feature of Jelly Bean but sometimes you want notifications just be collapsed and you actually need to use two finger swipe to collapse them. Google also made a real big change on the way doing a search on jelly bean and this will cross all devices get jelly bean. First of all it got almost Siri like voice search function and that is a lot smarter about finding a thing you need to find. The new search search service which Google is calling Google now isn’t about just competing with Siri infact it does a lot of stuff that Siri doesn’t do and can’t do. In some ways it predicts what you are going to do and giving notifications about that stuff. So for an instant if you commute every day he will know when your commute is happening and will tell you when you get on your commute there are problems on the road and give you another way to get around that issue. It will also tell if you are waiting for the train for instance if the train is being late or when the train is coming, it will tell you about the weather when you get into a new area. Google says the service learn your habits in time it's obviously using your search data to compile information. Google Now is a very interesting service and it is worth knowing that voice recognition and the voice response in google now is really impressive I mean it sounds better than Siri and it doesn’t match Siri functionality one to one but it definitely get closer on every event, am actually really impressed with it.
. The general performance in Nexus 7 while reading a magazine app while comparing to kindle fire I feel the Nexus 7 is definitely superior. Google also added TV operate with a video selection so you can now download or stream an episode of the TV show or the entire season. It got a new interface to play out which is a little bit easier to navigate. The HD playback in Nexus 7 looks really good actually have to download the video because streaming HD did not work out that well. So I would recommend if you are planning to take this on the road or somewhere else then you download content in the home before you get going. Google gives lots of tablet apps for android right now and I need apps that are truly customized for tablet experience. The general performance of the tablet is really fast and pretty quick to load. In all the Nexus 7 is an incredible tablet for this price point. The hardware is really nice, the screen looks good, app perform is really snappy way and Jelly bean is a really good operating system. In my opinion Nexus 7 is a very good tablet with a great version of Android on it.
